L'Institut d’Anàlisi Econòmica, Consell Superior d’Investigacions Científiques

The Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE) is a research centre of the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) on the campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). The Institute was founded in 1985 and its mission is to promote research in economics. Its highly productive team of researchers is committed to scientific excellence in research and graduate education. Its work is both theoretical and empirical, and covers a wide variety of fields including econometrics, experimental economics, game theory, industrial organization and regulation, growth and development, macroeconomics, monetary economics, political economics and public economics.
